Vision Forum Catalog
Did you get your new Vision Forum catalog yet? They’re out!
If not, request your catalog and My Hardworkin’ Man will see that you get it.
If you did get, open it and look at the staff photo inside the front cover. Hi! Can you see us? Look for the dark handsome guy in glasses, holding a baby and surrounded by girls of all sizes. The ones in khaki and white
I’m the woman to his right (that’s his right, not yours) with the long dark hair.
There’s a story behind the staff photos, at least for us. Both this year and last year are worth recounting, so have a look if you have the time and interest. Be aware, both years involve vomit. Doesn’t every good story?

I will have to look for you! We love the catalog-the boys stuff is fabulous! I was paying attention to what my boys remarked about when they were looking through it-for Christmas presents, you know! We also love the books that VF sells.
I am impressed that you are making bookshelves! What a woman!
I ran to get my catalog (which arrived yesterday) so I could see ya’ll. Cute family. We love Vision Forum.
Kim,
I have to say that I think you are hilarious! You are good for my soul. You are so real; which os so needed in today’s world. I read another blog sometimes that almost makes me feel discouraged because the mom seems to have it all together all the time. We have 8 children and things just don’t always go as planned at all times! Anyway, thanks for making my day with laughter.
Cindy,
I wonder if any family, large or small, *really* has it together all the time. I bet we all go through smooth times and bumpy times. It’s always nice when everything goes according to plan, but every now and then our plans just aren’t what God has in mind.
I find it’s much easier to keep my sanity and my temper if I can just take a breath and laugh at the folly of trying to maintain perfect and constant control in a fallen world.
Kim,
Oh, I agree! It’s just that I think we need to be real about the struggles in our lives as mothers. Too many times women can be discouraging to others unintentionally because they appear to have it all together and don’t ever share about their “bad days”. I don’t have many friends where we live that have large families so it is nice to “meet” other moms online.
