A little more detail

Vision Forum Deal of the Day: save 40-90%!

Alright, I guess live-blogging warrants a little more detail.
Contractions were ~20 minutes apart throughout the night, and again nothing that kept me from sleeping. I woke up frequently but got plenty of rest overall.
Things kicked up a bit around 6:30 and I started timing contractions when I got out of bed a little after 7.
Here’s the timetable I have so far:
7:21
7:26
7:35/37 (double peak)
7:41
7:46
7:53
7:58

Did I mention the part about, “Ow”? These are entirely manageable still, but definitely stronger than any contractions I’ve had so far with this pregnancy.
Sounds promising, right?

YAY, YAY, YAY!!!!!! Baby C. is on his/her way!!! EEKKK!! I’ve got big time butterflies for you! We’ll keep praying.

I think it’s hilarious that it seems to be happening on your mom’s birthday, and the day you originally predicted (when we laughed at you and suggested you may be loony for WANTING to go this late. What was it you were wondering about psychological influence and labor? Looks like it’ll be another good, compliant baby…arriving on a birthday, just for you!)

Thank you for the update, Kim! I’m hoping right alongside you that today is the day. :-)

What is it about this onset of labor that is bringing your lurkers out? I’ve been frequenting your site for many months now, as the first post I remember reading was the one about the clues you gave your children to let them know you were expecting again. I was hooked from then on. I found you through Crystal’s blog, by the way.

I’m the oldest of 13 children, and you having 7 daughters fascinates me because I have always hoped to raise a household of girls myself. I have 9 brothers so us girls are very outnumbered over here, but we stick together pretty well. :-) The children’s age range is 23 years to 20 months. All of us are still at home; I help with schooling, housework and household organization. I love being exactly where I am, where God placed me.

Anyway! All that to introduce myself and let you know I’m praying for you. :-) Looking forward to your next update…

I just came over from Shannon’s. So I guess by the time you have your 8th child, you can easily do a WWFM post as well as live post the labor. WOW! I’ll be stopping by all day! :-)
