Recipe #2

Pancakes

3 cups flour
3 Tbs. Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1/2 cup oil
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups milk

Stir together dry ingredients. Beat eggs, add milk & oil, and stir into dry ingredients.
Oh and you can also have chocolate Pancakes adding 1/4 cup cocoa to dry ingredients. Use 1 cup of sugar instead of 1/2. Add [...]
