  1. Valerie :

I just saw this ice cream documentary on PBS, and learned that the man who started Haagen Daaz (sp?) made these words up. Pretty funny. And, I *used to* store gift bags and tissue paper until my hubby got fed up and threw out the whole lot. I do feel de-cluttered now. But we had to stop on the way to our most recent wedding for -ahem- tissue paper and tape.

  2. dccdmom :

We made a bunch of fabric drawstring gift bags. They take a lot less room to store and no tissue is needed.

Hey Kim, I posted my Meme. Come take a look.

Hi, I’ve been readin and enjoying your blog for sometime now but have been mostly a “lurker”. I love reading what you blog about. It is so down to earth and so real and always makes me smile :o ) Anywho, how do you make the “homemade Frappucinos to go” that are in your freezer? This sounds yummy and like something I need to be doing!
    Thanks~Caroline

  5. Tara :

    chicken in your closet–ha!

  6. Kim C. :

My sis-in-law stores gift bags under her mattress. They take up no room, and they stay nice and flat. I aspire to do that someday, but just haven’t gotten around to moving mine.
Caroline, look here for my frappucino.

  7. Caroline :

Thanks Kim, I can’t wait to fill my freezer full of these!
