We’re anxiously counting down to the time that Kel & kids will be here! T minus 68 minutes!
She will be the first blogfriend that we’ve had into our home, soI’m actually a little nervous. I’m not really concerned that she’ll be an axe murderer (anyway, we do chainsaws here in Texas).
I’m more concerned about the fact that we live in a construction zone; after all, we are living in our house as we build it. Did I tell her? I’m hoping she’ll realize that our house is half built up, not half torn down. You know: glass half full stuff.

How wonderful! Kim, in 2000 I invited a cyber-friend whom I had never met face-to-face to come and spend a week at my home on the beach in Hawaii. Not only was it a real joy and a fabulous week, it started a lasting, meaningful friendship that continues to this day.
