Yay for Jamie Soles! He has come to our church's family camp for I think three years in a row and we sell his music in our store (www.exodusbooks.com). Most of his CDs are wonderful and they just keep getting better and better. I like how he writes songs about more obscure Bible stories and I think it's great for kids to get a familiarity with the topics that he sings about. One of his goals (he doesn't think he'll actually be able to accomplish it, but he's aiming) is to have a song about every story in the Bible. Keep singing, Jamie Soles!

-Amanda

I commented on your hubbies post about Jamie Soles, too, but I'll add my 2 cents here as well. We really enjoy his music - it's catchy (for both kids and adults) and really encourages us to focus on the beauty and the excitement of God's working out His sovereign will for His people. I recently wrote a play for our homeschool co-op group using many of Jamie Soles songs to help the kids catch onto the joy of belonging to our great covenant God. You've gotta hear "You Can Go"........:)
Cher

We love Jamie Soles! We have his "The Way My Story Goes" album and it is catchy, funny, and quite a learning experience! It's not often you see great kid's music written about the Old Testament.
