I don't remember what the box looked like, so I can't help you there either. I do remember that it has a 2 year warranty directly through WalMart: just bring it in with a receipt and get a refund or exchange.<br/>Sorry I can't be more help, but maybe the photo will tell you more. I'd also love to know what brand that iron is. One of my happiest days though, was my mega strong, ultra ironing board, love that thing!
