If your toddler has never pulled down your elastic-waist skirt, don’t assume that it will never happen.
Statistically, it is most likely to happen when you have both hands buried in dishwater in a crowded kitchen. Not your own kitchen, and not your own crowd.
Most likely as in, One out of One. That’s 100%.

Absolutely! 100%. Not a pretty sight. Embarrassing, like so many other mother experiences. Funny too, like so many other mother experiences.
This happens to me often. Fortunately, I’ve been able to catch it in time!
Whoops! Oh you poor Mom!
Kim, I think that’s why some brainy person invented skirt slips.
The second most likely place for this to happen is when you stop to shake hands with your pastor on the way out of church.
reminds me of the time i shut my denim skirt in our van door and walked from the van and then ripped the back of it off… all this at a garage sale. I just got back in the van and drove away… i never did make it in the garage but everyone saw me do it!!!
Yes, having a boy is certainly different!
It can also happen with pajama pants. Fortunately it was only the family, and my husband thought it uproarious.
Oh, great! I hope you were wearing a slip. Or at least your “good” p@nties.
LOL Bless your heart! Another great story to tell.
Adorable picture as well.
Oh my goodness…I hope the menfolk were in the other room. lol
I worked in an afternoon preschool before I was married and was speaking with one of the Moms when she came to pick up her daughter. We conversed while she held her daughter in her arms and then I noticed her 3 year old had completely unbuttoned her shirt. yikes!
THAT was embarrassing…
simply adorable picture!
ROFLOL! Oh noooooooo!
Too funny! Enjoyed the laugh.
At least it was a child’s fault. I once stood up without realizing the tiniest part of my hem was under my foot, and. . .you guessed it! I felt sorry for the guy that was sitting next to me, too. Poor thing. He was very polite and tried to act like nothing happened.
Glad to know that I’m not the only one!
