Frugal Hacks

If you’re not familiar with Frugal Hacks, I would love for you to make a quick visit. We have lots of new things going on over there.
There are daily scheduled posts each week from some of my very favorite frugal bloggers:
- Monday: Meredith of Like Merchant Ships posts on Cheerful Frugality.
- Tuesday: Amy of MotherLoad: the MomAdvice.com Blog shares tips on frugal entertainment.
- Wednesday: Janel Messenger of Pearls talks about Out of the Box Frugality.
- Thursday: Showcase of Frugal Bloggers, in which I interview a new Frugal Blogroll member each week.
- Friday: The Deputy Headmistress of the Common Room discusses What’s in my hand?
- Saturday: somebody new will be joining the FH team of contributors. This is the last person on my short list of oh-I-hope-she’ll-say-yes bloggers.
And I’ll be giving away another copy of The Tightwad Gazette soon, so keep your eyes open. And just in case you’re wondering, it will be a used copy, because new just wouldn’t feel right.

Hi! I have been reading your blog for awhile now, and I really enjoy it. I’m very very interested in frugalhacks, but I’ve been unable to get to it. Any ideas why or suggestions on what to try? I’m becoming more and more interested in frugal living and look forward to reading frugalhacks.

Wow. I stumbled across ‘Frugal Hacks’ earlier this week, but now I’ll plan on being a regular visitor. This looks really neat, and I’m sure I have plenty to learn.
I’d love for you to stop by my blog if you have a chance and see my addition to Frugal Friday. I’ve been able to stay home with my little ones this past year and a half and I’m learning simple new (to me) ways to make our dollars count.
Also, can I put your blog on a list of blogs I frequent? (I don’t quite know if it’s better to ask first, or what.)

What do you mean you can’t get to it? The link just won’t open for you? Do you have some kind of filter that might be blocking it?

I would love it if you want to link to either of my blogs. Really, you don’t need to ask first; linking to somebody’s blog is a compliment - very few people would complain!
I love the cuban bread recipe in my tightwad gazette books. It goes really great with chili..

Hi Kim. When I click on your link (or type the URL directly into my browser), Internet Explorer attempts to load it, but then I get a “Page Cannot Be Displayed” message. FH is the only site I’ve gotten that message on for weeks. I don’t know about the filtering. I’ll check it out. Thanks.
I hope your Saturday mystery guest will say ‘yes.’ I love reading other people’s ideas, and seeing how other’s minds work. It’s half the fun of the frugality game!
