Okay I tried to use the cyper from the last time you gave scrambled answers but that still gives scrabbled answers any clues?

what do you think: is it coded twice? Cause like Perry has NOTHING better to do? So the first code of gibberish is actually the original code?

I keep looking back to see if someone has not already cracked the code… then I could move on!

I think the code says The winner is Meg of Abundant Peace Country Academy. I’m crossing my fingers that that I decoded that correctly because that means I won. Thanks again for hosting this contest and have a blessed day.

Ok, for some of us that are slow, how did you break the code?
I can’t believe I went an entire 18 days without realizing I wasn’t reading your blog. I thought I had added you to my blogline, but…
I knew I was missing something. And I missed some REALLY awesome giveaways!!!!!! They had my name written all over them too.
Plus, I missed hearing about those difficult first trimester moments. I can SO rejoice because I’m on the third trimester and am down to a few weeks here! YAY!!

I went to Vision Forum and read about the cipher after trying it from the photo from the last contest didn’t work. Then I just started adding one letter to the letter in the code when I didn’t get a word I went to 2 letters, and so on. THe code was 8 letters above the code letter.
I have only been reading this blog for a few days now, and I must say, you all have a fun time going on over here!! I wish I would have found you sooner!! Now, what’s the cipher at Vision Forum?? I’m a newbie, so I guess I’m a little clueless, :O)

My hubby runs the warehouse at Vision Forum so we love to talk about them.
The spy cipher is a simple, classic little toy for encoding and deciphering text. You don’t have to buy one to be able to do the codes - it just makes it easier. As you can see from Michelle B’s comment, you can just use your noggin.
I did not look to vision forum for my decipher skills: I worked on my “search” skills and found the original codes from that last mega contest and first tried to put the pieces together.
Yet like Michelle, I realized this will not work. Then I took that compass looking thing from the mega contest and tried that, hence to no avail…
Then I simply assumed that the code begun with “one winner is…” and substituted the letters where I could. And even at that time I had Meg worked out, so I started checking: could her URL give me a clue (did those letters match up with what I already had)? That is how I discovered that the first word is “the” and not “one”. But the URL did not match up at all and a quick glance at her blog did not help either (I am blind in one eye and cannot see through the other… it is really right there in the header, even if it is in smaller type… I over read this! duh!).
Lessons learned: great when Kim gets the code out once my kids are in bed
! Next time check Vision Forum! (Gonna go find the cipher now… never know when these wack-o’s –I mean that in a deep freindly and respectful manner– come out with another code-related give-away!)
