Recipe

This is a recipe my Mom made up (kim c).

Brownies

  • 3/4 c Cocoa
  • 3/4 c Butter
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c Flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Melt butter. Stir in Cocoa powder, then Sugar, then Eggs and Vanilla
Add dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 9 by 13 pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350.

This recipe works very well with either white sugar or brown sugar. We’re going to try it next time with partly whole wheat flour.

  1. Ashley likes to use oat flour in her brownies. If you’re wanting to ease back on your white flour usage you can try experimenting with adding a little oat flour.
