This is our cheeky name for a big pot of grits with browned sausage, eggs, and cheese added. This is a hearty breakfast that will stick to the ribs. This is also what any self-respecting Southerner does when served eggs, grits, and sausage separately. The cheese is just there because everything is better with cheese.
