The Three Stooges
Last Wednesday we three stooges (Deanna, Kaitlyn, and Megan) had WAY too much fun in the pool.
So much fun in fact, that we decided to take pictures of our fun.
we would just go to the far end of the deck, take a running start, and then belly-flop, jump, or fall into the pool as one of us took pictures with the camera set on high shutter speed.
These ones are some of my favorites, one of each of us jumping alone, and one of us as we jumped in pairs, plus some.
Of course there were some that are MUCH funnier than others, but the people who are in the pics wouldn’t let me post them.
I hope these pictures elicited at least a giggle.
btw Kaitlyn made the swimsuit she’s wearing.

I love your swimsuits. Sometimes our family feels as if we are the last advocates for modesty alive on the planet. So refreshing to see girls in swimsuits that glorify God, while having fun (which also glorifies God.) My four teenage sons, and Godly young men everywhere, thank you. (My three daughters thank you also, for making them feel less lonely in their stand.)

This looks like a lot of fun! However, I wouldn’t try it in my current state (very pregnant). My daughters think it looks like a blast too. Have fun!

Oh, that looks like fun! I love your bathing suits; they are beautiful! By the way…that pool looks like the perfect size for a birth tub. (just kidding)
I have to ask don’t you wear regular bathing suits? When I forst looked all I could think was that you were swimming in your every day clothes. Looks like fun though.

We do wear swimsuits, but not typical ones. The younger children usually wear a modest one-piece suit with shorts to cover their bottoms, while those of us with - ahem - more womanly figures go for a bit more coverage, especially on top.
Eventually we’ll probably all wear something like Kaitlyn’s suit, since we think it is cute, modest and practical.
Great job on the bathing suit Kaitlyn! Our girls also wear modest swimwear. I also had visions of you bellyflopping into the wheelbarrow - I was glad to find you jumping into a pool instead!
