It appears that many women don't realize what is going on or don't even have symptoms until their tube ruptures; nonetheless, the death toll is extremely low. I had an ectopic pregnancy about a year ago. My tube ruptured and I began bleeding internally before I even knew I was pregnant. The doctors say I'm lucky to be alive.
