Umm… Hi, my name is Kaitlyn, for those of you who are wondering I am not dead. I’m just a slacker.
Mom tagged me for the 6 things meme, and the 2 things meme. How long ago was that? July? wow I am a slacker , I guess I’ll just do them both in one post.

6 Random things about me:
- If you know me you might never have guessed but I am incredible shy. When I was little we did Awana and I cried the first time because all my sisters were on different levels so I was all alone with people I didn’t know.
- My first sentence was “Hey mom, how ’bout eat chocolate?”
- I’m really slow and really bad at writing. It took me about 15 minutes to write the first paragraph of this post.
- I LOVE climbing trees. The trees around here aren’t big enough!
- I hate wearing shoes. If I was allowed I would go everywhere without shoes!
- I can’t think of anything else so one of our real friends can tell me in the comments what is the weirdest thing about me that you can think of?

1. Shelob, the tarantula, what she’s cute!
2. Tommy our jack Russel terrier who went totally berserk after attacking the porcupine. He had more than 200 quills removed from his face.

You can no longer say you’re a “bad writer” because even if you are slow at writing or a “slacker” about it, your wit and humor show through quite strongly!
You know what? Do you like telling stories or making them up or anything? Is it just the writing you don’t like? Or maybe you’re not great at getting things from your head to the paper? What about using a tape recorder and then transcribing them (or bartering with a sister to have her be your scribe?).
I just have to think that with your humor you would be a really good writer…if you could get past the writing part.

BTW, what I said about the first sentence–I meant the first one you spoke, not the first one of this post. Although I’m sure you’re mom is happy to know that you’re not dead.
