I'm pleased that we made a difference. I'm also pleased that because McD's is the primary fast food restaraunt in our area (particularly being the only one with a dollar menu) we have waaay cut back on our fast food trips since the boycott. While I think we're all healthier for it, my pregnant mind sometimes just wants some of those fries! :-) Wahoo!

I wouldn't fool myself that they're now some sorta Jesus-friendly place... but then again, hardly any companies really are. I think this is a business and they just gauge which way they think the wind is blowing and follow that. I'm not being critical of the boycott; quite the contrary. I guess I am sadly noting that in another 10 years there may not be enough people to influence corporate decisions like this. Unless there's revival. If there is, I'd be lovin' it.
