And, yes, just because we know how things “should be” doesn’t mean we actually make it to that ideal. I know I’ve written about things that describe where I want to be but have yet to arrive. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and may you continue to find peace in where you are as you move forward.

I’ve often wondered more of the ‘hows’ of your homeschooling. How neat to find out that you are a former Sonlight user! That is what we are using for our oldest (6yo) right now, and I love it, although I suspect as the children multiply and more reach ‘school’ age, I will end up doing something that can be more easily combined – I don’t think teaching three separate cores is in my future!

Thanks for the glimpses into the ‘nitty-gritty’ of your life.
