I think it was designed as a swimsuit coverup, i.e. something to wear when you're out of the water. But we think it's very cute, and the fabric is lightweight and doesn't hold water so it's comfy in the water as well. Lois, Our winter weather is very up and down. Some nights and rare days are below freezing but the cold never lasts long. I love south Texas. If it's not 70 today, just wait a few days. tami,
